To meet the scientific and technological challenges of AI, Confiance.ai is engaged in Research and Technology (R&T) work focused on industrial use cases. The scope of our research revolves around four major axes, which are deployed within an end-to-end methodological approach under continuous development:

• Generative AI: Applying generative AI to the management of technical knowledge to support field interventions, procedure monitoring and engineering design.
• Hybrid AI: Develop approaches combining physical knowledge and machine learning to improve the quality and reduce the time needed for numerical simulations of physical systems.
• Human-machine collaboration: Study and evaluate human-machine collaboration to assist operators of complex systems.
• Cybersecurity: Enhance the security of AI systems in the face of cyber threats by integrating appropriate solutions.

The new technological and methodological building blocks resulting from this research will enrich the methodology of the Confiance.ai community, helping to accelerate the industrialization of trusted AI.

The Confiance.ai community encompasses all players in the ecosystem: manufacturers, researchers, start-ups and research laboratories. This cooperation aims to share advances, foster innovation and develop concrete solutions that meet the needs of industry.

These initiatives will strengthen the current ecosystem and support the widespread adoption of trusted AI, while positioning France and Europe as world leaders in industrial and responsible AI.
